The laboratory is equipped with internationally advanced brands of thermal conductivity tester (Hot disk), micro-ohmmeter, and electrical safety analyzer. The thermal conductivity meter can measure the thermal conductivity of glue materials with a thermal conductivity of 200W/mk. The main function is to measure the thermal conductivity of the finished glue. The electrical safety tester can measure the withstand voltage and insulation resistance of the insulating glue. Finally, according to customer needs, we provide products with different thermal and electrical strengths.
